Triple Peak Property Management was built by real estate owners who understand that great management lives at the intersection of disciplined systems and strong local execution. Our team brings the perspective of owning and operating more than 800 rental units to every third-party assignment.
We believe owners should not have to choose between institutional reporting and accountable local management. Triple Peak is designed to provide both: standardized processes, transparent financial and operating information, and people on the ground who know the markets they serve.
The platform came first.
Triple Peak is led by its principals — Seth Hagarty, Brian O'Neill Jr. and Alex Girod — who remain owners and operators first.
Over years of buying and operating rental housing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, we built the systems a portfolio of more than 800 units demands: standardized accounting, clean reporting, disciplined maintenance and turn processes, and local teams with real authority. Triple Peak is that operating platform, opened to third-party owners.
We are expanding it deliberately — to owners who want institutional reporting and systems without giving up local accountability. Every assignment is run the way we run our own properties, because the people setting the standard still answer for a portfolio of their own.
